Return and Refund Policy

1. Cleaning Products

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for our cleaning products, under the following terms:

  • Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your cleaning products.
  • Condition: Cleaning products must be returned in either:
    • Unused condition (unopened and in original packaging).
    • Or, if the product is faulty, you can return it in its original packaging with proof of the fault.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned cleaning products and confirm they are either unused or faulty, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns of used cleaning products unless they are faulty.

2. Used Sneakers

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30 day return and refund policy for used sneakers, subject to the following conditions:

  • Described incorrectly or unauthentic
  • Condition: Sneakers must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This includes:
    • No additional wear or damage beyond what was indicated in the product listing.
    • All original packaging and accessories (if any) must be included.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned sneakers and confirm they meet the above conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Note: Any items returned in a condition different from how they were received may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund.
